About PAAS

Our mission is to support the City of Vinita by establishing a safe, no-kill shelter for adoptable animals in collaboration with the Vinita Police Department. Additionally, we aim to offer a low-cost spay and neuter clinic for the community and its surrounding areas.

Adoption Process: Adopting a pet from PAAS is easy! Fill out our adoption application, meet with one of our adoption counselors, and then take your new furry friend home. Our adoption fees are affordable and cover the cost of spaying/neutering, heartworm testing, vaccinations, and microchipping.
