About PAAS
Our Mission
Our mission is to assist the City of Vinita with providing a safe, no kill shelter environment for adoptable animals by working directly with the Vinita animal control officer. As well as provide a low cost spay and neuter clinic for the community and surrounding areas.
Adoption Process
Adopting a pet from PAAS is easy! Simply fill out our adoption application, meet with one of our adoption counselors, and then take your new furry friend home. Our adoption fees are affordable and cover the cost of spaying/neutering, vaccinations, and microchipping.
