Our mission is to support the City of Vinita by establishing a safe, no-kill shelter for adoptable animals in collaboration with the Vinita Police Department. Additionally, we aim to offer a low-cost spay and neuter clinic for the community and its surrounding areas.

PAAS provides adoption services, spay/neuter services, vaccinations, and microchipping for pets. We also offer education on how to be a responsible pet ownership, and a pet food pantry for those in need.

To adopt a pet from PAAS, you must fill out an application, meet with an adoption counselor, and complete an adoption contract. There is also an adoption fee.
